Rupika began her acting career as a child artiste, appearing in over 20 television serials including "Belli Chukki," "Baduku," "Avara Mane," and "Triveni Sangama." She made her film debut as a lead actress in "Cheluvina Chilipili" while still in ninth grade, directed by S. Narayan. Her filmography includes notable Kannada movies such as "Teertharoopa," "Third Class," "Rudrakshipura," "Mayadantha Male," "Beera," "Manjari," "Navarangi," and "Diamond Cross."
