Paraná releases final rankings for major public health service recruitment exam

The state secretariats of Administration and Social Security (Seap) and Health (Sesa) of Paraná published on Monday, June 22, 2026, the final classification of candidates approved in the public examination for Sesa (Edict No. 265/2025). The document consolidates test scores and appeal results from complementary phases. Candidates can access complete lists across three categories: Open Competition, People with Disabilities, and Self-Identified Minorities.

The examination, organized by Fundação Fafipa, offers 641 statutory positions across technical and upper-level professions, with initial salaries ranging from R$ 4,231.60 to R$ 7,616.88. The vacancies are distributed across the state's Health Macroregions and encompass two main career tracks: "Health Promotion Professional (Upper Level)" with 325 positions for doctors of various specialties, nurses, pharmacists, and psychologists; and "Health Promotion Execution (Technical Level)" with 316 positions for nursing technicians, laboratory technicians, and other support health functions.

State Health Secretary César Neves emphasized the significance of the recruitment: "This exam is an important step to strengthen healthcare assistance in Paraná. With effective and valued public servants, we are offering quality and humanized care to Paranaenses from all regions of the state." The examination ends nearly a decade-long gap in permanent staff hiring for the state health system.

Maria Carmen Carneiro de Melo Albanske, Acting Secretary of Administration and Social Security, highlighted the importance of bringing qualified professionals to the state's public health service. Candidates can individually consult their performance results through the Candidate Portal. Official homologation of the examination by the responsible agency is expected in the coming days.
