Drone debris damages residential building in Azov District of Rostov Region

Debris from a destroyed unmanned aerial vehicle damaged the facade of a residential building in the Kurgan hamlet of Azov District in Russia's Rostov Region, according to regional governor Yuri Slyusarev. The incident occurred during daylight hours as Russian air defense forces repelled an aerial attack. No casualties or fires resulted from the damage. Slyusarev also reported that air defense forces destroyed additional unmanned aircraft in Bataisk and Rodionovo-Nesveteovsky districts. According to Russia's Ministry of Defence, between 07:00 and 14:00 Moscow time, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 151 unmanned drones across 17 regions of the country, including over the Azov and Black Seas, with Rostov Region among the affected areas.
