The Indonesian Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) has named Andri Mulyono, Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (YAT), as a new suspect in the alleged corruption case involving the management of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) for the 2025-2026 period. Mulyono's company was the provider of electric motorcycles for the program.
According to Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, Director of Investigation at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, the suspect was officially designated after a series of examinations and the discovery of sufficient evidence. Mulyono is charged under articles 603 and 604 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) and has been detained for 20 days at the Salemba Detention Center, a branch of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office.
This development brings the total number of suspects in the case to five. Previous suspects include former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana, former BGN Deputy Heads Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, and Asep Yusuf Somantri, a confidant of Sony Sonjaya. The case continues to unfold as investigators pursue further evidence.
