The disclosure emerged in a court submission to the United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi, where xAI—the company that developed Grok—is defending against a lawsuit filed by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). The NAACP alleges that xAI is illegally operating natural gas turbines.
