Telkom Group, Indonesia's largest telecommunications company, has outlined four core digital business pillars that extend far beyond its traditional SIM card services. The announcement was made by CEO Dian Siswarini during the Indonesia Summit 2026, held in Jakarta on June 17, 2026.
The first and largest pillar is the B2C segment, led by Telkomsel and its flagship product IndiHome. The second pillar focuses on B2B digital infrastructure, encompassing inter-island fiber optic networks, rapidly growing data centers boosted by AI adoption, and telecommunication tower businesses that support national connectivity.
The third pillar comprises ICT enterprise solutions, serving a diverse range of clients from government agencies and large corporations to SMEs. The fourth and final pillar is international business, operated through Tel-In (Telkom Internasional), which connects Indonesia to the rest of the world via submarine fiber optic cables spanning all continents.
Dian Siswarini emphasized that while Telkom Group is widely known as a telecom provider, its ecosystem is now firmly rooted in digital infrastructure. The Indonesia Summit 2026, organized by IDN Media under the theme 'The Next Us: Indonesia's Leap in the Algorithmic Age,' also featured the launch of the Indonesia Millennial and Gen-Z Report 2027 by IDN Research Institute. The summit brought together national leaders and young generations to shape Indonesia's future.
