Kylian Mbappé has been confirmed as the cover athlete for EA Sports FC 27, appearing on the Ultimate Edition and mobile version of the game. The Real Madrid forward's return to the franchise marks his first appearance on an EA Sports FC cover since the publisher ended its partnership with FIFA in 2022, though he previously featured on FIFA 21, 22, and 23 during his time at Paris Saint-Germain.

The announcement comes on the back of Mbappé's recent achievements in club and international football.
