The PCB exam was conducted online with 200 objective questions carrying 200 marks in total. The paper lasted three hours and included 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry, and 100 from Biology. There was no negative marking for wrong answers.
The release of the second-attempt results follows the earlier publication of the PCB first-attempt results. According to the CET Cell, 11 candidates in the first-attempt exam scored 100 percentile.
With the results now out, eligible candidates will move into the Centralised Admission Process, which will be conducted online in multiple rounds. The process includes registration, document verification, submission of college preferences and final fee payment to confirm admission.
Why This Matters
For students in Maharashtra seeking admission to engineering, pharmacy, or other professional courses, the release of MHT CET second-attempt results is crucial. It allows them to check their improved scores and percentile ranks, directly affecting their chances in the upcoming Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Eligible candidates must now prepare for CAP registration and document verification, as missing the deadline could forfeit their admission opportunity.
