The agents work within a shared project workspace where they maintain memory and skills that compound over time, enabling structured handoffs and collaborative workflows.

Crew44 addresses a frustration Zander encountered while using multiple AI coding agents daily—Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and Cursor—which felt like separate contractors with no awareness of each other's work. The solution automates context sharing, eliminates repeated explanations of project structure, and intelligently routes tasks to appropriate specialists, rather than relying on a single model to handle all responsibilities.
